During my time at Oakview Capital, I played a pivotal role in enhancing Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), leading to a remarkable 27% increase in ROI. I facilitated requirement workshops, managed cross-department projects, and streamlined processes through the implementation of Service Cloud automation.

At Excel Solutions, I spearheaded a significant HR digital transformation project, automating employee expenses using ServicEngine and Salesforce CRM. My responsibilities included facilitating workshops, managing product backlogs, developing user manuals, and conducting regular training sessions.
