  • Analysed requirements for process workflow changes, changes to data model, data transformations required, Business Rules needs, new UI requirements and determined modifications required to the existing UI screens with UX designers.
  • Develop process of reporting and carrying out manual due diligence on fraud and PEPs.

I worked as a business analyst in Boots to help improve the dispensing process across all the stores in the South East Region.

 

This involved the upgrade of the current system to Next-Phase platform used to eliminate every manual process in the dispensary to fully become automated.

 

  • Worked closely with the Product Owner to gather the requirements for the project. 
  • Created my EPICs on JIRA and then went ahead to write my user stories and acceptance criteria. 
  • Assigned priorities to user stories whilst working collaboratively with the Scrum Master and Product Owner. 
  • Worked closely with the scrum master to move the stories to the sprints.
  • Participated in daily stand-up meetings, sprint retrospective and sprint review.
  • Performed my stakeholder analysis, using P& I and RACI matrix to tailor my communications and organized and facilitated workshops with stakeholders
  • Identified deficiencies based on my expertise knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Developed the business requirement document, which consisted of functional requirements, non-functional requirements, scope of the project. 
  • Developed Business Process Model and the swim lane diagrams. This puts in perspective the How the stakeholders want the system to work.
  • Worked closely with third party suppliers to ensure system was customized with business standards on mind throughout SDLC
