Afsana Iliyas

I’ve always had a passion for supporting people in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I have worked with all ages in promoting good health, I have weight management experience, health checks and am a member of a diversity steering group. I am friendly, helpful and most of all reliable.

Delivered falls prevention program to the elderly community which included exercises and talks on several health related topics.

Coordinated and delivered adult weight management programs, 

Coordinated and delivered health interventions to children and families including health check, presentations and completion of health questionnaires.

I am currently working for Compass - Connect for health and Previous to this Nhs Warwickshire. I ha been in my current role for over 11 years.

Bsc Health and biology degree acquired from University of Worcester. 
A level chemistry, biology and maths acquired from King Edward college.

GCSE Science, Math, Englis, Geography, Technology, French and IT. Acquired from Etone school
