I have a wealth of People Management experience, working closely with Team members, managing any performance issues within the team, conducting monthly 1 to 1's and bi-annual performance reviews with team members, whilst assessing individual’s achievements and dealing with underperformance.
I have extensive HR and Talent Acquisition experience, dealing with all Team recruitment and conducting interviews through to successful offers of employment. I have a keen eye for identifying any training needs and arranging appropriate courses, whether these are internal, webinars or external.

Reporting: I have extensive experience for Firm wide MI – monitoring overall Performance and Services and reporting all results to the Board on a monthly basis. A key aspect of my roles have been providing excellent communication around issues and opportunities and collaborating with Senior Management and Stakeholders in relation to Client Account Management and growth.

I am highly organised and accurate, and thrive in working to tight deadlines.
