Experienced Insight Analyst with a rich background encompassing 6 years of comprehensive data experience. I currently work for a large charity on a national scale in a self developed role, covering all staff related Insights such as Health & wellbeing, EDI, ETE and research. I'm passionate about helping others and improving working conditions for staff, as well as furthering and developing my own skills and development. 

My skills include: Power BI dashboard creation, Large complex data transformation, Conducting large scale research, Visualisation, creative thinking, presentation and leadership. I also specialise in artistry and digital art design alongside my data & research role. 

In my role, I've adeptly managed and analysed data for over 6000 staff members, showcasing a deep understanding of the intricacies of organisational dynamics. My proficiency extends across research methodologies, project management, and robust analysis techniques, with a particular emphasis on leveraging surveys, focus groups, and meticulous project reporting. My journey has equipped me with a unique skill set that combines analytical prowess with a keen understanding of human-centric data. Beyond the numbers, I excel in distilling complex insights into actionable strategies. This holistic approach positions me as not just a data analyst but as a strategic partner in organisational growth as I often encompass behavioural analysis techniques within my work making it unique and able to showcase journeys within data. My interests include film, art and Music and i am also a very creative individual with a background in artistry and psychological studies. As a result my work embodies a creative nature and I also have an excellent understanding of human behaviour, allowing me to create unique presentation and visualisation reporting and reviews depending on the client. I understand not one size fits all and strive to gain an excellent understanding of my clients prior to starting work in order to provide the moat useful and user friendly outcomes using a variety of methods such as infographic reporting, written project reports, videos, interactive dashboards and presentations.
