My passion for physiotherapy stems from my long-standing involvement in sport. As a national swimmer representing Trinidad and Tobago for over 10 years, I developed a deep appreciation for the importance of rehabilitation, injury prevention, and promoting overall physical health. This personal experience inspired my professional journey, leading me to study Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University, where I completed my degree over four intensive and rewarding years.

Throughout my academic and clinical experience, I have demonstrated a strong work ethic, excellent time management, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. My athletic background has instilled in me resilience, discipline, and a deep commitment to continuous improvement—qualities that I carry into my professional practice. Whether managing a busy caseload, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, or supporting patients through their rehabilitation journeys, I approach every task with enthusiasm and focus.

Above all, my primary motivation as a physiotherapist is to help people live fuller and healthier lives. I believe that physiotherapy plays a pivotal role not only in recovery but also in empowering individuals to reach their highest potential physically and emotionally. This belief underpins everything I do, and it drives me to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care every day.
