About Amy Walker:

As an administrator with over 5 years experience I have a proven track record of high quality workload all completed to the best standard possible. With all of my experience I have been able to successfully run an admin department single handedly. In my current role, i have proven my organisation skills are immaculate and have got the admin department in an organised smooth running environment. With me been able to make these changes also opened opportunities for me to progress my skills,and I was approached the task of making a full new step by step admin guide to help new colleagues in their new role and to teach them how to use the systems.Also teaching them how to use the invoicing system we have in place. This guide was sent out to the other 11 branches we have across the country. I felt really accomplished and proud that my hard work had been recognised and I could show management what I was capable of.

I am well-versed in a variety of technology including all of Microsoft office and invoicing systems.  I also support the receptionist staff who help with my role when I am on annual leave.

I also keep up to date with all the training I am given to do this includes GDPR, health and safety, modern slavery and equality and diversity. All of my career I have worked in sensitive data environments so I am always up to date with this information and know how not to breach sensitive data/information.

My full career has been IT and admin based so I have worked on a variety of different systems and different devices so I am very technical savvy.

In addition to my technical skills, I am a collaborative team player who is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment. I enjoy developing my skills further and gaining as much in depth knowledge as possible. And I think it is really important to work along side colleagues who you work well with, as it is essential when achieving the business objectives.

I am confident that my skills and experience make me an excellent fit for any administration position.I am eager to bring my expertise to your team  and make meaningful contributions to the success of the company.
