I am a highly motivated, focused and passionate individual who enjoys working alongside others in order to achieve a set goal. I have high levels of passion for development of sport within Ireland / Northern Ireland for all , regardless of age, gender, disability or background. 

Experience using STATSPORTS viper GPS devices in order to collect sports specific data. 

Able to successful use Microsoft, including word, excel and powerpoint.
 

Five years experience in working alongside a number of groups , including but not limited to underage GAA and Soccer teams , Senior women’s Soccer groups, Wheelchair basketball and disability Swimming groups. 
 

Three years experience working alongside the elderly population in order to promote exercise and sport in Carrickdale Health and Leisure Complex. 
 

A combined total of three years experience working as a gym instructor/ personal trainer in Carrickdale Health and Leisure Complex and F45 Calgary, Canada. 
 

50+ hours of voluntary work completed. 

BA hons 2:1 in Sport, Exercise and Enterprise graduated from Dundalk Institute of Technology. 

IFA level 1 coaching. 
 

Active IQ level 2 gym instructor , circuits and level 3 personal training. 
 

Indoor cycling instructor.

Sport Ireland coaching young people workshop. 
 

UKSCA foundation strength and conditioning workshop.
