 Attracting and hiring top talent across the company’s EMEA and North America portfolio of brands and central 
functions. I lead full-cycle recruitment, sourcing passive candidates, and significantly contributing to business 
growth. I deliver great customer service to hiring managers and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor in all

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across EMEA

Senior Account Business Partner 
Reed Specialist Recruitment, Oxford Business Support, October 2020 – February 2022 


After consistently performing above target, even through the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic, 
I was promoted to Senior Account Business Partner. I was tasked with having business development-focused 
conversations with the client, seeking to increase opportunities to provide our services and meet our strategic 
goals. 

Account Executive
Reed Specialist Recruitment, Oxford Business Support, March 2019- October 2020


Taking principal responsibility for the timely and effective supply of interim business support candidates to the 
Oxford City Council, Oxford Direct Services and Thames Valley Police accounts. I have consistently 
performed above expectation within this role, delivering over budget even in the face of challenge. Promotion 
to Senior Account Executive has been approved and is in process.

  • Employing a range of methods to attract candidates including advertising, mailshots, database 
    searches and candidate open days.

Account Coordinator/Resourcer

Coordinating the recruitment service for the Reading Borough Council with responsibility for: 

  • Candidate attraction including writing engaging adverts for jobs.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates and creating a talent pool to supply a variety of roles. 
  • Compliance administration, such as checking for correct paperwork for candidates and running any 
    additional checks required.
  • Liaising with hiring managers to take details of new vacancies and meeting them on site as required. 
  • Dealing with queries from suppliers.
  • Candidate management including processing pay and holiday claims and ensuring that these and any 
    other candidate queries are dealt with efficiently.
  • Sourcing candidates for other contracts including the University of Reading, Thames Valley Police and

Temporary Administrative Assistant
Department of Social Policy and Intervention, University of Oxford, May – November 2017 

Temporary position providing administrative assistance to an Oxford and South Africa based research group. 
 

  • Assisting the department’s administration team in the completion of administrative tasks such as 
    database management, financial reconciliation and itinerary planning.
  • Assisting in research grant applications, arranging meetings (attending, and taking notes), making 
    travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining good working relationships with key suppliers and the University's central finance office and 
    being proactive in resolving issues. 
    Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the studies.

Administrative Assistant
 Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford, April 2016- April 2017 
 

  • Working closely with the Head of Executive Office to support School Governance meetings and activities: 
    scheduling meetings, logging actions and decisions from key meetings, preparing agendas ahead of 
    meetings, coordinating and circulating papers, communicating with members, including those external to 
    the School.
  • Working closely with the Dean’s Executive Assistant to support the Dean (and Chief Operating Officer if 
    required): co-management of the Dean’s Office mailbox and diary, communicating with and welcoming high 
    profile guests, tracking and logging the Dean’s invitations, keeping the School’s database up to date with 
    the Dean’s contacts, making travel arrangements (including complex international itinerary) for the Dean 
    including visa applications, processing visitor requests.

Advocacy Officer
Open Doors UK & Ireland, Witney, December 2013- April 2016

  • Collaborating in the planning, administration and implementation of advocacy related projects including public 
    campaigns, events and external meetings. Responsibilities included: 
  • Representing Open Doors at external meetings, particularly at the UK Parliament and Foreign and 
    Commonwealth Office.
  • Attending internal meetings and collaborating with colleagues to produce material for advocacy events and 
    campaigns and ensuring advocacy is integrated throughout the organisation.
  • Co-managing the advocacy inbox and responding in a timely manner to advocacy emails and letter queries 
    so that supporters and contacts were answered quickly and efficiently.

Intern/Operations Manager
Open Hands Trust, Leicester, August 2011-July 2013 


Responsible for managing the processes and administration of a Leicester based charity. Main duties included: 

  • Administration of Volunteers: oversight of the recruitment process, training materials, CRB checks and 
    rotas for all the different projects run by the Trust.
  • Training and Development: running training courses for new volunteers, conducting health and safety 
    presentations and keeping accurate records of course completion.
  • Management of office logistics: managing the database, formulating and implementing policy, keeping.
