• To assist with making improvements to the quality and efficiency of Brunel’s apprenticeship operations, as required, developing standardised processes and documentation across the
University.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive guidance documents relating to apprenticeships, for
colleagues across the University.
• To lead on the validation and production of key statutory returns to a range of external
bodies, including the ESFA for the drawing down of funding.
• Act as a key point of contact for management of the ILR and evidence packs.
• To support College staff with the desktop audits of apprentices’ portfolios.
• To be a point of contact for liaison with the ESFA and the National Apprenticeship Service,
and disseminate information from funders, as required.
• Act as a point of contact for Ofsted, assisting the Apprenticeships Hub Manager in organising
the University’s response in the event of an inspection or monitoring visit, and our
preparations and readiness for an inspection or monitoring visit.
• To support with the monitoring of the University’s SAR and QIP.
