About Anna Dawson:
I am a committed and compassionate safeguarding professional with a strong background in delivering behavioural interventions and supporting vulnerable individuals within the prison system. Working daily in high-risk environments, I’ve developed a deep understanding of trauma, vulnerability, and the power of early intervention—skills I now aim to apply in a new capacity across administrative or support-focused roles.
In my current position, I facilitate structured programmes addressing offending behaviour, mental health crises, and safeguarding concerns. This involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams, conducting risk assessments, managing confidential information, and providing consistent support through complex emotional and behavioural challenges. These experiences have sharpened my ability to stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and implement protocols with care and precision.
My strengths lie in clear, compassionate communication, strong organisational capabilities, and trauma-informed practice. I am particularly skilled at creating a welcoming and professional environment, maintaining accurate records, coordinating services, and supporting individuals with empathy and discretion. I am confident that my experience, attention to detail, and resilience make me an asset to any front-facing or operational team.
I’m now seeking a role where I can continue to make a meaningful difference, whether it’s through administrative coordination, reception duties, or one-to-one support as a learning support practitioner. I bring dedication, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to excellence in every task I undertake.
