I am a strategic thinking business driven IT leader with 20+ years of experience in design, implementation and delivery of complex transformation projects and service models (including SAP products) with a high degree of outsourcing in India, Malaysia and EU. Experience

For the last 8 years I have been leading BBC SAP Service Delivery and BBC Corporate Systems Operations,  application and infrastructure management service across SAP and non-SAP business critical applications. This covered Finance, HR, Talent and Procurement. I am responsible for the application management outsource service (£100m+ contract with 70+ people in India and Philippines) and delivery of a robust and resilient service to enable critical business operations within the BBC. I work collaboratively with the stakeholders at all levels including stakeholders at C-level, process owners and third party providers to understand challenges, identify improvement opportunities and enable BBC businesses.
