About Anna Wright:

I am an influential Talent, L&D professional and qualified performance coach, specialising in Early Careers and neurodiversity. I have a wealth of experience within talent, development, strategic planning and coaching, spanning the last 25+ years. Collaborating with all business units to drive & manage people projects, promoting inclusive high-performance cultures whilst maintaining alignment with overall organisational objectives.  
 

A true advocate of continuous personal development, creating & adapting talent and people initiatives in line with business growth & individual career aspirations. Strategically managing organisational change, recognising the importance of engaging with all stakeholders to gain trust and adoption of new ways of working. 

Driven by providing accessible solutions to empower those in their early careers to maximise career potential, with a passion for ensuring an inclusive environment and from personal experience, raising awareness of the benefit of neurodiversity in the workplace.  

 

I am seeking my next role ideally in early careers within a SME, where I can truly make a difference in raising awareness of neurodiversity and create cultures of inclusion, working to my strengths of coaching, facilitation, influencing and creating change.

Over 25 years of HR experienc, specialising in Talent, Learning and Development. A particular focus on developing award winning Early Careers programmes. A true advocate of neurodiversity in the workplace.
