I ensured the kitchen area was clean and sanitary by sweeping, mopping, and disposal of trash. The kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces were clean and up to hygiene standards. Operated dishwasher proficiently to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils effectively. Collaborated closely with the kitchen team to execute recipes and ensure smooth kitchen operations."
