I am a dedicated HRM student at the University of the West of England (UWE). Driven by a passion for fostering positive workplace environments. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in human resource management, enabling me to understand the intricacies of talent acquisition, employee relations, and organisational development. Beyond my studies, I am very passionate sports enthusiast, engaging in football, badminton, and basketball to refine my teamwork and leadership skills. My commitment to personal growth extends to the gym, where I actively improve my fitness and well-being. Additionally, I enjoy reading books, dedicating my free time to literature. Eager to contribute my academic knowledge and practical skills, I am enthusiastic about the prospects of contributing to and learning dynamic workplace environments.

As a student, I have demonstrated various professional experience one of which included tutoring year 9 students GCSE Mathematics. This has enhanced my patience and communication skills. Not only that, I have led a drug awareness session for year 7, showcasing organisational, leadership, and teamwork skills. As a Business Project Leader at UWE, I conducted thorough market research and displayed effective project management in my role as a business project leader. Led the development of a business plan in a group project, fostering leadership and determination. Furthermore, I have collaborated on an international business strategy study, demonstrating adaptability and interpersonal interactions. I have also took part in an entrepreneurship challenge, highlighting innovation and presentation skills.

I am currently in my second year pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Human Resource Management at UWE, where I am actively gaining insights into the dynamic intersection of business principles and human recourses.
