Currently studying towards CIPD Level 5 which will allow me to expand and develop higher knowledge around Human Resources and People Management. Critical thinker with analytical mindset and exceptional public speaking skills, high empathetic and takes pride in supporting others. Great administration skills and highly organised, with a keen eye for detail. Experience in settings which include vulnerable people and environments, a great people’s person.  Enhanced communication skills due to experience in many client centered roles. Able to work in fast-paced deadline driven environments and utilise excellent rapport building skills to managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels. I currently work for NHS professionals as a Client Relationship Partner, which has been a progression within the company, from a flexible worker advisor. As well as 13 years experience as a head dental nurse. 

I am currently studying my CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources in People Management. I hold a national diploma level 3 as a qualified dental nurse as well as 5 GCSE’s A-C.
