I am a hardworking, highly motivated, and collaborative individual, with a combination of technical and consulting knowledge and business awareness. I deem myself as an accomplished and fluent communicator with strong investigation, problem solving and decision-making skills, combined with a pragmatic approach and business acumen. I hold a strong passion for technology and how technology can help a business to achieve its aims and objectives and gain competitive advantage. 

I graduated with a First-Class Degree in Information Technology with a year in Industry. I am now seeking a challenging and varied position that will enable me to capitalise on my professional experience, with opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.  

I have Process Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager and PMO experiences working in several industries mainly focused within financial services & Insurance. Worked with clients such as RBS, Mizuho Bank, Thomson Reuters, HSBC Private Bank, Chubb and more recently bp pulse. 

I have continued to develop my skills and have gained certification in PRINCE2, Business Analysis Foundation, ITIL and ISTQB. In addition, I have obtained Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Master and Microsoft Technical Associate (MTA) Certifications.
