A Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Leader with a proven track record in scaling businesses and building high-performing teams. Recruitment and Operations Director of a specialist recruitment agency focused on the Defence, Government, and National Security sectors. Formerly Head of Recruitment for a private equity-backed consultancy (VIMA Group), where I designed and led the strategy that grew the company from 18 to over 165+ employees.
