I believe the key driver of my success has been my customer service skills and my ability to maintain hospitable, pleasant environments for passengers and for my colleagues.

I have a high degree of professionalism and the capability to maintain calm even during demanding situations.

Also, I possess strong communication skills, with experience in engaging with customers from a wide range of backgrounds. 

Thus, I am a hard worker, committed, flexible, empathetic, and friendly person. 

I speak different European languages such as Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Also, I do understand Italian and German.

I started to work as a check-in agent at Madeira Airport when I was 19 years old. I worked as a Receptionist and Flight Attendant for Ryanair and I am currently in Wizz Air. 

I am a Tourism Technician and took a pedagogical training for trainers course. 

Currently, I study Media Marketing and Public Relations.
