At iron mountain I started in the position of document sorting, which mostly involved the sorting and storing of official bank/medical papers along with some minor restoration such as taping old broken pages, removing staples, in preparation for the next stage at the document scanning which required the papers to be in good, readable condition. After, I was trained on a computer role which had me partake in a digital restoration and administrative role where using their systems I digitally enhanced and edited scanned files to make them more readable and improve their condition after they were scanned. This involved many stages and included administrative duties that had me using different software such as their own custom software and excel to edit and amend customer details and make sure everything was correctly linked together.
