Responsible for processing all J1 visa documents and tracking visa status, ensuring seamless arrival to the USA. Assisting with all aspects of on boarding. Managing all company social media accounts.

Representing the UK at EPCOT in Walt Disney World. Living and working well alongside fellow Cast Members from all around the world to create a unique and authentic experience for visiting guests. Navigating a complex database in order to locate family name histories and coat of arms. Assisting guests with products and processing custom merchandise orders. Creating custom items to complete orders. Processing paperwork and inventory. Providing Disney's world-class guest service.

Communicating with patients of different ages, backgrounds, abilities, and varying degrees of hearing loss. Providing diagnostic assessments of patients' hearing and balance systems including otoscopy, audiometry, tympanometry etc. Identifying markers indicating the need for referral criteria to other departments such as radiology. Programming and fitting hearing aids, and providing continued aftercare and rehabilitation. Carrying out repair clinics consisting of hearing aid repairs and taking ear impressions for replacement molds.
