I am an audio visual technician with plenty of experience with customer service, working in warehouse and hospitality environments.

Audio Visual Technician: Sounds Commercial Ltd, Bristol. January 2020 - March 2020, April 2024 - Present

-  Arranging and assembling a variety of audio visual set-ups for a diverse range of clients both independently and as part of a broader team, ranging from PA systems to hybrid set-ups and live streams. 

- Complex stage and set construction and the programming of projectors and other lighting.

- Independently supervising a variety of events as a dedicated on-site technician, catering to the clients’ AV needs and troubleshooting any technician issues to find prompt solutions.

- Repairing faulty equipment, organising the warehouse and carefully tracking stock using the hiring software Hirehop. 

Audio Technician/ Bar Staff:  Le Zikënba, Mâcon. July 2022 - January 2024

• Arranging audio equipment for various musicians and maintaining audio clarity in a live music venue, including other duties.

• Independently managing the hotel bar, waiting tables in the hotel restaurant, providing room service and various other catering needs for the hotel guests.

• Packaging and picking various items efficiently and assembling parcels whilst adhering to a high standard.

Tech Crew/ Bar Staff: The Old Fire Station, Bournemouth. September 2018 - June 2019 

-  Working as a team to pack down and set up a variety of gigs and club nights, involving the setting up of DJ equipment, miking  instruments and maintaining the venue. 

-  Working as a stage manager Front of House for the ‘Foreverland’ stage at the 2019 Bournemouth Summer Ball, assembling  the stage, liaising with the artists and promoters and controlling lighting and audio levels.
