I am a determined, hardworking, committed, and consistent worker. I strive to be optimistic and always see the light in every situation. I have immense respect for rules and excellent listening skills. As a passionate person, I always give a hundred per cent in everything I do - with confidence and respect. Being a patient individual, I work well with a plethora of colleagues and customers and can quickly adapt to any situation, difficult or not, in the workplace. I take great pride in everything I do, at work and at home. I am an experienced tutor, specialising in National 5, Higher, and Advanced Higher English Students who are struggling and need some 1 to 1 learning to focus on specific issues. I have been the recipient of the Young Writers Creativity Award, Excellence with distinctions in Advanced Higher English and Higher Music, Caritas and Saltire Award and my Secondary school's prestigious Music award. I have been an ACN Ambassador and have worked closely with my community during my time as a Committee Member, and social-media manager within my local theatre group.

I have been an experienced Customer Assistant for three years now. During my time I have thrived in the customer experience-based role. Having been trained in every aspect of the store, I have learned to adapt to different types of shifts, customers, and jobs. I have also served a role training new starts and have taken great pride in doing so. From managing deliveries to ensuring that the shop is tidy, rotated, and a safe space. My priority is the customer and ensuring they have a perfect experience during their time in the store. I have had to deal with a plethora of customers, and have dealt with extremely difficult, sometimes terrifying situations with ease. I pride myself in my seamless ability to converse with customers and make the shop feel safe, creating a warm, welcoming environment.
