I manage well under pressure and work well with groups of people. I have great time management skills and I am extremely hard working. I am a collected person who has a relaxed personality while being able to maintain calm in any scenario as well as handling it appropriately. I am eager to improve my customer service skills as I show a keen interest in helping people and making them feel welcome and as comfortable as possible.


I am looking for any retail opportunities that can give me customer experience in the working world as well as any hospitality vacancies. Also any tourism or airport opportunity would be great.

Experience

I have not yet had any professional work experience but I am willing to learn new things and overcome any challenges.

Education

Maths and English - GCSE grades 8 for each subject and I took a Spanish GCSE where I earned a grade 9. This helps me to speak to customers who would not be familiar with the English language. I now study travel and tourism at Bedford College.
