Experience
This job considering of going on to building sites with Breyer group and their 3 division Breyer Roofing, Breyer repair and Breyer Renew. At Breyer Group my job consisted of Creating and ensuring all safety training procedures into manuals, disseminating to all staff. Conducted regular inspections to guarantee compliance with fire, hazard and safety guidelines. In the office at Breyer Group I was part of producing policies and procedures designed to reduce or eliminate
injuries and hazards in workplace.
This job role took place when trains in certain areas were not running. A few location I completed on the job was Clapham junction, Guilford and also Bedford. The job role consisted of leading, directing, guiding and monitoring. I had to ensure the rail replacement buses arrive at the correct
time and if not find out where the missing bus is and why it is late. I also had to ensure customers get on the correct bus as there would sometimes be multiple buses going all different destinations from one station. I had to ensure the buses depart on schedule, counting how many passengers were on the vehicle, whilst updating the co-ordinator portal with the detail of the vehicle registration, depart time and passenger aboard and also making sure the customers know where they are going and aren't confused in any way. As a representative for First Bus I also had
to cater to anyone who needed any extra assistance as customer care is very important at First Bus and the customers were the main concern. I had to ensure the vehicles met the Public Service Vehicle Accessible Regulations (PSVAR). I also had to check on the well being of the drivers and ensure they were suitable to drive and if not Stand Them down. My customer service skills were vital when undertaking this role. My role ultimately was to facility a smooth transportation service for customers and ensure that I resolved any issues that occurred and this was completed every shift I undertook.
