Charlie Driscoll

I play drums, sing in my free time, and have participated within bands at my former churches and schools. My taste in music is varied and attending live music is fast becoming my passion. Writing poetry is another of my passions that allows me to express myself through the written word. I take pleasure in watching and analysing films both for my studies but also for entertainment, and am aiming to start producing some video related passion projects in the future after completing my film degree.

I have spent just over 2 years working for Nike in two of their store locations, firstly Portsmouth from September 2022 - August 2023 and now Bournemouth from October 2023 to current day. I have been regularly achieving and going above my sales targets for myself, as well as having a creditable reputation when it comes to customer service through my customers’ feedback.

I have recently completed my first year of University at Arts University Bournemouth, studying Film Production, before I decided to drop out due to lacking enjoyment surrounding the course. However, in that time I had two highly marked essays completed, as well as an end of term short film produced and co-directed by myself. Additionally, I completed my A-Levels at Bay House Sixth Form in 2022, with grades of B for Film Studies, B for English Language, and B for Religious Studies. For both my English and Film A-Levels, I completed personal coursework which were made solely by me and was greatly commended by both my tutors, and used as example work.
