Over the last 20 years, I have played a key role in shaping the strategy, processes and cultures of the brands I have worked with. I am a dedicated and loyal individual with a hands-on approach, and I believe in simple and effective business techniques.

In my role as General Manager at Lily Ella Collection, I have successfullymanaged this growing multi-channel retailer and provided support and leadership to other members of the team, makingkey decisions that have helped develop and grow the brand.
