About Rebecca Glen:
Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis MSc student with experience working with vulnerable people and children. Highly organised, approachable, and reliable, with a keen interest in working in Human Resources, looking to develop further knowledge and skills in supporting and encouraging employees to achieve their full potential.
My current employment is as a part-time tutor, tutoring a range of A-level and GCSE subjects, including Psychology and Sociology.
Experience
Tutoring: MyTutor November 2021-Current
Tutoring various subjects, including English, Science, Sociology and Psychology in individual and group capacities, completing over 400 lessons to date, with consistent and excellent 5-star reviews from students and their parents. This involves supporting students who are struggling, as well as encouraging students to push themselves to reach their target grades and beyond.
Work Experience: Karbon Homes June 2019-June 2019
I have completed work experience as an Anti-Social Behaviour officer working with victims and perpetrators of anti-social behaviour. This involved conversing with a wide range of at-risk individuals to offer support and empathy and learning and understanding the impact of mental health issues in the workplace and the positive impact of employee support.
