I'm an IT whiz with a passion for music, and I love sharing my tunes with the world by selling them online. I'm a great communicator and always strive to do my best in everything I do. My work ethic is second to none, and I'm always looking for new challenges to take on.

I've had experience working in customer service for technical and sales-related issues as well as having the ability to sell myself. When it comes to customer service, I have a wealth of experience working with people from all walks of life. I'm able to listen to their needs and concerns, and I always go above and beyond to make sure they're satisfied with the service they receive. Whether it's answering questions, resolving issues, or just lending a sympathetic ear, I'm always happy to help. 

In terms of sales, I have a proven track record of success. I know how to identify the needs of my customers and match them with the right products or services. I'm not afraid to take a proactive approach to sales, whether that means reaching out to potential customers, following up on leads, or coming up with creative marketing campaigns. 

When it comes to performing under pressure, I thrive in high-stress situations. I'm able to stay calm and focused, even when things get hectic or unpredictable. I'm not afraid to take charge and make decisions, and I always keep a level head no matter what challenges come my way. 

Finally, my ability to think outside the box is one of my greatest strengths. I'm always looking for new and innovative ways to solve problems, whether that means trying out new tools and technologies, experimenting with different approaches, or just thinking creatively about how to get things done. I'm not afraid to take risks or try new things, and I'm always looking for ways to improve my skills and expand my horizons.

I have a diverse educational background that includes both technical and non-technical subjects. I sat my GCSE's in Energy Coast UTC, where I gained a solid foundation in a variety of disciplines. I then went on to study engineering at Lakes College, where I earned level 1+2 NVQ qualifications. Currently, I'm working on a cybersecurity course through uCertify, where I'm learning about the latest tools and techniques for securing digital systems and networks.
