Personal Statement:

I am a well-prepared, positive and highly motivated individual, driven by results with experience of complex stakeholder management and proven people skills. My current role requires the ability to build productive working relationships quickly and collaborate with multiple service providers to ensure efficient and proactive resolution of issues affecting the delivery of my objectives. I am passionate about delivering services at the highest standard and striving to develop and conduct product analysis insights and support my team.

I am embarking on a new challenge and change in career. I strongly believe my skillset to be proficient in supporting a transition to work within Project Engagement. I am eager to learn and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss what I could bring to the BAE Systems business.

Key duties include: 

  • Leading Professional Development training delivered to both colleagues and parents.
