As a dedicated educator with a passion for languages and a proven track record in mentoring and coaching, I have honed my project and people management skills within a high-pressure academic environment. My fluency in English, French and Spanish allows me to establish strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, further enhancing my collaborative and communication skills. Throughout my teaching career, I have successfully led a team of language teachers, delivered strategic departmental policies, managed timely interventions, and consistently improved student and staff performances. My extensive experience in creating and implementing medium and long-term strategic plans, developing resources, and analysing data has solidified my capability to transfer these skills into a different arena. Now, I am keen to channel these transferable skills and my deep-rooted passion for leading and shaping strategic initiatives into a HR role.
