Responsibilities:  

 

  • Worked with different stakeholders across the project team to analyse business processes, identified the key business issues and opportunities.
  • Analysed huge set of data and drove insights from the gathered requirements.
  • Organised workshops and focused groups to gather requirements from key stakeholders, validated the requirements and documented them in the appropriate folders.

  • Gathered requirements from key stakeholders through workshop, questionnaire, customers’ complaint, and journey in Smaply.
  • Created and prioritise requirements in product backlog in effective co-ordination with the product owner.
