Chib Benjamin

I am Luke Benjamin and I  am a 22 year old who has completed his Second year at Oxford Brookes University.

I see this opportunity as a way to contribute to a forward-thinking company and I feel my skill set will help me to achieve this. I am enthusiastic about the position offered because it aligns with my passion to pursue a career in the Construction industry and I believe this role will help me to achieve this end goal and grow professionally, a passion shown through with my work placement with RS Architects at the age of 16. I would like to work for BAM as I believe the values and culture of your company is one I believe I would thrive in as they have focuses of quality of work, seeking new knowledge and skills and great consideration of well-being and Health & Safety for all those involved within the company which are values that I truly believe in.

Throughout my work and education, I have developed a problem-solving mindset and improved my adaptability when required to adjust to unexpected changes and difficulties I have found myself in with university projects and previous positions held. This is complemented by my desire to find solutions and working through challenges with either myself or with team members, this has strengthened my communication and leadership skills as someone who has a enthusiastic attitude to assure success in my end goals.
