I build my teams with the Agile value system where I use an open management style to encourage ownership and respect between team members and ensure my staff understand the drivers and needs of the business including what excellence looks like in each situation. My greatest success in this regard was at Kayenta, where I built a diverse, and multi-disciplined team of junior developers and brought significant improvements to the engineering process in a short time-frame.
