I consistently working with this age group and below, I’ve had consistent success in developing young players moving through the Chelsea Foundation program getting some players from the skill centre right the way through to the advanced centre. I’m extremely professional in the work that I do, with precise reasoning, alongside my high football knowledge working towards my UEFA B license and finishing up my B. A Honours Degree in Football Management and Coaching working towards A 2.1. Within other fielders such as scouting I have my Level 2 completed this year, so this could be another benefit to your fantastic setup. Development is crucial to my coaching philosophy, and putting the person first before the football, I also have a good experience when it comes to working with different age groups including year one through to senior football with my current role at Springfield Reserves as manager. .
