About Christopher Eyre:

Retired Police Officer and ex forces with 30 years experience in the public sector. I have varied experience dealing with emergency situations and dealing quickly and appropriately to customer problems. I have also worked as a driving instructor and a delivery driver since leaving the police in 2018. Both are customer facing roles and require high levels of customer care.

in addition I have been trained as an advanced police driver, in 4x4 vehicles in the Arned Forces and a HGV class 2 driving licence.

Experience

Retired Police (Response team, Tutor/mentor/Firearms response )

experience in conflict resolution and crisis management and emergency response. Problem solving at scenes of incidents. Using conflict management models to deal with confrontations. supporting victims and providing appropriate services. Recovering evidence and maintaining its integrity. High level of First Aid skills and Impartiality dealing with all members of communities with respect.

Ex Forces Army infantryman commanding my own detachment specialising in field communication and defensive positions. Commanding a detachment and maintaining training and knowledge along with fitness and weapon handling / map reading / first aid. 

Driving instructor 
experienced in customer relations problem solving and cinfidence building and mentoring / instruction. Knowledge of traffic regulations and relevant laws. Maintenance and safety of vehicle and equipmen.
 

delivery driver

working to time schedules and time management with customer care and ad hoc problem solving. vehicle safety checks. Reporting procedures and driving and working hours knowledge. 
 

Volunteer with Ex Forces Charity:

support colleagues and clients providing care and information to obtain correct services available. Knowledge of procedures and respect of confidentiality.
