Services in an Approved Premises (AP) Hostel for Ex-offenders, under the Offender 
Management Act 2007. 
Communication skills: I am able to communicate effectively with Ex-offenders, 
colleagues, managers, and other professionals such as Probation officers, 
Psychologists, and Police officers. I am also able to write clearly and accurate in 
reports, while keeping records, and follow policies and procedures that are set in 
place.

needed, and to be able contribute to a positive working environment.
Organisational skills: I plan and manage my time and prioritise my tasks, while 
meeting my deadlines. I am able to cope with changing and challenging situations, 
and deal with stress and pressure in a professional manner. 
Interpersonal skills: I am able to build a rapport, trust, and respect with Ex-
offenders, while helping them to develop their skills and confidence. I am able to 
handle conflict, deal with difficult behaviour, and set boundaries and expectations.
