Over the last 11 years, I have gained experience in the financial sector working for the most important holding in Peru. In my previous experience working in a fintech (B2B), I had the opportunity to create two areas (digital marketing and telemarketing area) to boost its e-commerce. I had to define the roadmap, set deadlines and coordinate with different stakeholders to enable platforms, workflows, and hire resources. My main achievements were to increase the number of mobile registers by 4 times and non-paid leads by 5 times.

Furthermore, in my experience working for the most important bank in Peru; I was in charge to launch the website of the most important retail product (savings account) for which I had to coordinate a national 360 campaign (digital and offline marketing campaign) and establish the strategy to acquire digital customers. Besides, I administrated a $350k month budget to implement the marketing strategy through digital channels. I led a multidisciplinary team, and I increased the digital share 9 times opening 196k accounts through the website in 9 months.

During my digital marketing career, I have developed growth hacking skills to grow the business and to optimise the cost per acquisition. Understanding the sector, product and customer were the keys to performing successful campaigns.
