I have extensive experience in the cleaning industry, having successfully managed my own cleaning business before moving into my current role as a cleaner at the University. Running my own business gave me strong skills in customer service, time management, and attention to detail, while my present role has further strengthened my ability to work efficiently as part of a team and maintain high standards in a professional environment

I completed my GCSEs in 1998, gaining a solid foundation in key subjects including English, Maths, and Science.
