My experience spans over 22 years in the construction industry, including roles as a Materials Manager and Quality Manager. I am adept at managing certification audits, maintaining Integrated Management Systems, and ensuring adherence to ISO standards, including managing all aspects of Construction Quality Activities.
I possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in drafting reports, conducting presentations, and liaising with senior managers. My ability to analyze specifications, provide guidance, and resolve disputes professionally has been instrumental in delivering improvements and cost savings.
In my previous roles, I have overseen the Quality Management of various construction organizations involved in civils, tunneling, demolition, concrete cutting, fire protection, fabrication, waste management, energy, and water. I have dealt with a wide range of government departments, stakeholders, and major construction organizations, providing QA control and assurance to Network Rail, United Kingdom Power Network, National Grid, HS2, Crossrail, Thames Tideway, Silvertown Tunnels, and more.
I am competent in analyzing different specifications and providing requisite guidance within the civils, highways, rail, power, and fabrication sectors. I conduct and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly review meetings and reports, using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure quality delivery outcomes. Senior Quality and Audit Manager - Riverlinx CJV-Silvertown Tunnel (STT)
(May 2021–Current)
Management of all Quality Control and Assurance, Material Testing, including Handover/Certification of all works (civils, highways, mechanical, electrical etc), whilst ensure compliance to the quality arrangements, technical specifications and contractual obligations, including, objectively evaluating the Quality, Environment and Health Safety Management System of Subcontractors and Parent Company, including, Joint Venture Partners, to determine the extent to which normative requirements, contractual requirements and obligations are fulfilled on Silvertown Tunnels
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead The Quality Department and Self-Assurance Processes
- Management of all construction materials testing, including concrete, aggregates, asphalt etc, via onsite Laboratory
- Develop, implement and manage the HSQE Management Systems to ensure their continued suitability and effectiveness
- Ensuring compliance with Applicable Requirements and all requirements of the D&C Contract Agreement
- Develop and provide HSQE training for to all applicable personnel
- Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations
- Analysing individual quality non-conformances and complaints to identify trends, root causes and the corrective and preventive actions needed
- Ensuring that preventive and corrective measures are implemented for quality issues and for the wider IMS
- Lead the audit process and ensure internal and external quality audit are carried out and that schedules are developed and maintained
- Drive/Lead the final commissioning and handover process, including final inspection
- Promote innovation and best practices

Mace Dragados (HS2 Euston)
Lead HSQE Auditor
(June 2020 – May 2021)
Responsible for objectively evaluating the Quality Management System of Mace Dragados and the Subcontractors, to determine the extent to which normative requirements, contractual requirements and obligations are fulfilled on the HS2 Euston Station Project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the Quality Culture and awareness of ‘Right First Time, Every Time’ within the Project Team, Consultants and Subcontractors.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the quality procedures for auditing and management of non-conformances, including, and maintaining a risk-based Quality, Health and Safety, including Environment Audit Programme for Mace Dragados and Subcontractors.
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with the Audit Procedure and the Quality Audit Programme.
- Perform Quarterly Reviews of the Quality Audit Programme.
- Prepare Audit Reports and Non-conformance Reports.
- Agree appropriate corrective actions with auditees and follow-up on the completion of corrective actions within agreed timelines.
- Ensure that all non-conforming processes are managed in accordance with the Non-conformance Procedure.
- Lead closure of Non-conformance Reports after effective implementation of the proposed corrective actions.
- Maintain the Audit Action Register and evaluate process and product non-conformance to identify trends and areas of risk in the QMS.
- Prepare quarterly reports on QMS Risks and propose mitigations.

Regional Contract SHESQ Manager (London and South East England – Energy Division)
(April 2019–May 2020)
Key Responsibilities:
- Main duties in this role included planning and conducting internal surveillances and audits
- Coordinating and preparing for all external audits
- Ensuring all materials used/procured by the company is of the required quality and comply with accepted specifications and design requirements

Responsible for all Quality Assurance and Control activities (processes, products and installations) for Kilnbridge Construction Ltd across its many divisions – Fabrication, Demolition, Concrete Cutting, Fire Protection, Civils and Waste Management.
BFK (Crossrail Contract)
Quality Manager (Nov 2011–Sep 2015)
Responsible for managing all Quality Assurance and Control activities during the constructing of two railway tunnels that run for 6.4km between the Royal Oak portal and the new Farringdon Crossrail station, including, station buildings and tunnel caverns at Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road and Farringdon.
