Connor Joy

As a Teacher, I am responsible for planning and delivering lessons to a class of 30 students, as well as collaborating with other teachers to develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all students. My passion for well-being and inclusion in the classroom enables me to create a positive learning environment for all. I use formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and make adjustments to instruction as needed. Additionally, I communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress, and implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive and productive classroom environment.
