My professional experience includes working in various customer service and retail roles. I have been a window fabricator at Central Window Systems, where I developed practical skills and attention to detail. At Charlie Browns, I served as a store assistant, providing customer service, handling store operations, and maintaining cleanliness. At One Below, I advanced from a store assistant to a supervisor, gaining experience in managing money, stocking shelves, training on tills, and overseeing store opening and closing procedures. This diverse background has equipped me with strong customer service, organizational, and teamwork skills.

My education includes an OCR Extended Certificate in ICT from Sandwell College and several GCSEs from Wodensborough Ormiston Academy, including English, ICT, Maths, Chemistry, and Art. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Psychology through The Open University, reflecting my commitment to ongoing learning and personal development.
