I am an IT Team Leader with over five years experience.  I have worked both in the IT support industry servicing a large number of clients of varying sizes and requirements and also in house supporting the business in a number of large organisations.  I have gained considerable knowledge and experience which enables me to deal with all queries professionally, efficiently and courteously at all times. This is reflected in the feedback I have received from end users.
