I’m currently looking to start training to be a nursing associate apprentice.

Experience

Venipuncture and checking patient’s blood sugars using the glucometer. Checking patient’s observations, monitoring, and recording patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations rate, oxygen, height, and weight etc and inputting it into the system to calculate their news score. communication with patients, relatives, and carers. assisting with clinical duties. personal care including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort, and safety.
