A commercially driven HR/People leader with over 20 years’ experience in Senior and Executive HR roles within heavily regulated Public and Private Sector environments across UK, Europe, and International multi-site organisations of up to 10,000 employees. Key experience held in Health & Social Care, Hospitals, Care Homes, Financial Services, Professional Services, Outsourcing, Technology, Manufacturing, Logistics and Supply Chain.
Working in partnership with the C-Suite and Board to deliver tangible results which extend beyond transactional HR into the development and implementation of organisation target operating models and strategy, transformational leadership, global transformation, service redesign, and organisational development whilst influencing and coaching at Board level to embrace a strong engagement culture that delivers results.
