About Diane Brooks:

A committed level 5 qualified and NCS-registered counsellor with four years of experience in face-to-face, telephone, and online counselling. Providing a pluralistic approach with extensive counselling experience in bereavement, trauma, stress and anxiety.

My experience before counselling was in HR. During my time in this profession, I found that I got a great deal of satisfaction from helping people, which spurred my interest in pursuing a career in counselling.

I initially joined the charity as a trustee and then went on to provide face-to-face counselling for clients at the charity's establishment.
