Senior Compliance Leader with over 20 years’ experience across financial services, including insurance and banking. Proven track record in designing compliance assurance frameworks, provision of advice and guidance, influencing Boards and ExCo, and delivering risk-based oversight in line with FCA and PRA expectations. 

My career has spanned a number of large insurers and brokers, as well as time spent working as a regulatory consultant and at the FCA.
