Throughout my career as a business leader, management consultant, and chemical engineer I have been passionate about delivering performance improvements across all business areas.

I have helped organisations to establish clear direction, set objectives, and determine how capital and resources should be allocated through the development of rigorous and practical business strategies.

By cascading these into functional and market strategies, and target operating models I have helped to create alignment and support implementation across commercial, operational, and product development arenas.

To drive benefits delivery I have led bottom-up improvement programmes including implementation of lean manufacturing, sales force effectiveness, digitisation, sales and operational planning, and stage gate development models.

I could not have achieved the results alone - building great teams, strong collaborative cultures, and developing colleagues was core to the success of each of these. One of my greatest sources of satisfaction has been to see the growth and development of those whom I have coached.
