products and generate revenue faster.

and validated cost savings in excess of $100k in the first 3 months.
 Delivered the Powder automation project – Using my knowledge of Pharmaceutical
Sciences, I led a team that fully automated the production filling process, including
product validations, registrations, regulatory submissions and product launch.
 Successfully struck collaboration partnerships with 4 of the UKs leading Universities.
 Reduction in scrap rate from 40% down to less than 10% which delivered the site
objective for the whole of 2015, 2016 and 2017.
 Successfully implemented the new Stability Programme which allowed us to remain fully
compliant with new Pharmaceutical standards
 Introduction of new milling technologies that allowed an increase in output in production
which in turn delivered higher product availability all year round “Just in time”
 Ensured full product compliance by supporting Audits on Global scale across different
regulatory bodies.
 Built a high performing culture within the Manufacturing and Engineering group to
ensure projects are delivered to the highest of standard.
 Implemented J&J project management across multiple sites in Europe including the
coaching of Project Managers for certification
 Delivered project management training at 3 sites in the UK, 1 in France and 1 in
