For the past 15 years, I have worked in my qualified profession of childcare, with the majority of that time spent in a managerial role. 

I have developed strong leadership and communication skills, working closely with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the nursery operates to a consistently high standard. I take great pride in the supportive, trusting relationships I’ve built with both my team and families, offering guidance and creating an open, approachable environment. One of my proudest achievements is maintaining an extremely low staff turnover, which I believe is a result of the training, encouragement, and development opportunities I provide for my team.
